With Pro plan it usually takes 5-7 business days for our team to develop your own branded iOS and Android app. With All-star plan you get your custom iOS and Android app in 5-7 days. with this plan your app is on your own App Store and Google Play developer accounts, so, if you don’t have accounts opened before signing up, it might take additional 7 days to open them. Our team will support you throughout the process.
Can I change my app once it has been published?
Once the app has been published, every pricing plan allows one free design change. For additioanal changes you can always contact our success team to arrange the best offer for you and your business.
What do I need to get my app?
To get your app all you need to do is:
– choose your theme color and highlight color;
– upload images that will be shown on the screens within your app;
– upload your logo our or Lean On will generate the logo for you;
Pro plan and All-star plan also require that you provide basic description of your app and what it offers, as this description will be shown on the app stores where your app is published.

Absolutely! You can create monthly and annual subscription plans for all the content within your app such as videos on demand (VOD), workouts and workout plans, recipies and meal plans, live-stream events. Through the CMS (Content Management System) you can manage everything from building your content to assigning tailor-made plans to tracking payments and sales trends. After you sign up, our team will organize a video training for you to help you explore all the possibilities CMS offers and how to use them to manage your app and your business.
Can I charge my clients through the landing page?
Yes, you can charge your clients through the landing page we provide for you (it’s included in the pricing plan you chose). Your landing page is integrated with Stripe to enable you to collect payments.
Do my clients have to pay to use my app?
With Pro plan or All-star plan your app is free for your clients to download from the app stores. If they want to purchase a plan they can do it:
1. on your landing page or your website, and then they will be directed to dowload the app and start using the plan;
2. download your app directly from the App Store or Google Play store and then purchase a plan within the app;
With the Rookie plan your web app is accesible on a URL distribution link you provide to your clients. If they want to purchase a plan they can do it on your landing page, and afterwards they will be directed to your web app.
How do I check payments received from my users?
You can access the payment reports within your CMS (Content Management System).
If my clients experience app issues, who can they contact?
They can report the issue to you via in-app messaging or they can email us directly at support@leanondigital.com and our team will troublehoot it.
How do I ugrade to the All-Star plan?
Once you decide to upgrade to All-star plan and launch your tailored-made app, the first step would be to set up your Apple and Google developer accounts, because your app will be published under your unique developer accounts.
